Women's Wisdom Wednesday Workshops term 3

Women’s Wisdom 

 FREE...  for women who have experienced a relationship

that makes them feel bad… 

This therapeutic group for women is run over 8 weeks. 
Participants must attend in week 1 or 2
and then the group is closed to new members.

When: Every Wednesday for 8 weeks

All of us have to manage our money.
At times this can be very difficult.
We may experience a drop in income, loss of job, change in health, an unexpected bill, loss of partner, family separation, or the addition of a new family member.  Each of these situations impacts us financially. 
Financial Counselling is a free service that assists people experiencing financial problems.  Our trained financial counsellors will work with you to:
-          Establish and assess your current financial situation
-          Provide information on your rights regarding your debts           and debt collection
-          Provide ongoing support which may include negotiations         with your creditors
-          Discuss possible debt repayment strategies
-          Provide referral to other services when necessary

 Moving on from Unhealthy Relationships

The workshops begin on Wednesday 3rd February, 2016
and continue for 8 weeks
running from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm

Workshops held at Woodrising Neighbourhood Centre,
80 Hayden Brook Rd, Woodrising,

which is adjacent to the Woodrising IGA Shopping Centre

Topics will include:
v  Identifying Domestic Violence and Family Violence
v  Concepts of Power and Control
Identifying 'Red Flags'
v  Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships
v  How to set Healthy Boundaries
v  How to look after Yourself
v  Impact of Domestic Violence on children
